Bespoke 8 week coaching with the option of an add on weekly personal fitness training session
We'll start with a free 30 minute chat to see if we are good fit. Following that, I'll send you some questionnaires to complete and we'll schedule an assessment video call which will be followed by a further 8 sessions. We'll work together on the issues that are really affecting you, helping you to understand and manage your symptoms with lifestyle, movement and dietary measures and I'll be there to support you, a step at a time. I can't prescribe HRT, but if that's something that you wish to pursue, I can assist you with preparation for a consultation and give information and on the different options.

I'll then send you out a personal plan for you to use, with an option of a further video call for follow-up a month later.

Women's Circle Groups and Community Menopause Cafe Meet-ups
These are held on a regular basis where you can come together with other women to share in a safe, kind, supportive, non-judgemental environment. Women's Circle Groups offer a safe, non-judgemental place where women can share and receive ( or say nothing if they prefer) and be supported through this transition. You'll find information, ideas and inspiration and tools to help with anxiety and stress and ways to nurture and care for yourself during this time. New events coming soon.
