Community Classes
Mat pilates classes are based on the principles of Joseph Pilates . Pilates places strong emphasis on the core, increases flexibility and builds long-toned muscles. We work with the breath and you'll feel an increased sense of wellbeing. I teach pilates and fitness classes in various Suffolk venues and can also offer one-to-one sessions. Classes are inclusive and suitable for all abilities, from complete beginner to advanced. If you'd like to discuss your ideal class please contact me.
