Every woman's experience is different and I offer bespoke  coaching with a holistic approach to  lifestyle, mindset and movement.  Movement is such an important  element of symptom management as well reducing the risk of chronic diseases as we age and in addition to providing bespoke guidance about activity and physical fitness,   I also offer  community pilates and fitness classes .
